.My account has been locked since I won some money they keep sending me the same message to send them proof they like taking your money but they won't pay you out as I've emailed them 50 times now and got same reply to send more proof can anyone tell me how I can take this further as I've got a thousand pound in my account I want to draw out

Need to change my last 1 star review to 4 stars, i finally could make a withdrawl and all worked out smoothly, also prizes from tournament will be credited, maybe with little delay but they will, thank you. Taking Bonuses i still wouldnt recoomend.
